Hydration-Boosting Smoothie



Boost your hydration and glow from within with this refreshing smoothie packed with skin-loving Vitamin C and antioxidants! Perfect for winter wellness.

 

Ingredients


·         1 medium orange (peeled and segmented)

·         1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)

·         1/2 cup cucumber (peeled and chopped)

·         1/2 cup coconut water (or plain water for hydration)

·         1/4 cup plain Greek yoghurt (optional, for creaminess and probiotics)

·         A handful of spinach leaves (for added nutrients)

·         1 tsp honey or a splash of maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

·         A few ice cubes (optional, for a chilled drink)

If you want your smoothie pink, add beetroot or blueberries!


Method


  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a glass and garnish with a slice of orange or a sprig of mint if desired.

  4. Enjoy immediately for the freshest nutrients!
