At Soothe Luxury Skincare & Spa in West Bridgford, we’re experts in helping you feel calm, confident, and absolutely radiant—whether you're wearing a veil or a velvet jacket. And yes… this is for Grooms too! Healthy, clear skin and a calm, confident presence is for everyone on the day. Whether you’re walking down the aisle or waiting at the altar, we’ve got you covered. Due to the high number of no-shows when services are offered free of charge, we now require a £20 deposit to secure your booking. This is fully redeemable against treatments or products, or refundable if you attend your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Soothe operates on a 48 hour cancellation policy. Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that we are able to maximise our appointment availability for all of our clients. This ensures that we are able to offer a cancelled appointment time to a client who needs it. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you call us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Any cancellation within 48 hours will result in your treatment being redeemed, or payment protection policy being applied, and your card will be charged.
