About the event

You’ve probably seen it all over the news lately, children and teenagers copying elaborate skincare routines from social media.

While it’s lovely to see young people taking an interest in caring for their skin, many of the products they’re using are far too strong and harmful for developing skin (and their health).

Harsh acids, retinols, perfumes, and preservatives can damage the skin barrier and cause irritation, redness and even long-term sensitivity.Young skin doesn’t need to be 'treated', it needs to be nurtured.

At Soothe, we believe in education, empowerment and skin health from the very beginning.

Introducing: Love the Skin You’re In - Saturday Teen Skincare Masterclass

A relaxed, interactive class where girls and boys will discover how to truly understand and care for their skin from and expert - without filters, fads, or false promises. Think of this as a skin science class that will provide all the tools you and your teen need for a healthy skin (and lifestyle) future.

What They’ll Learn

💧 Your skin is a living organ, and how to keep it healthy and balanced.

🌿 What skin really needs, hydration, rest, good nutrition and protection.

🍃 Ingredients to love and avoid, gentle natural actives vs. harsh chemicals.

🪞 How to read your own skin, understanding oily, dry, sensitive and combination types and discovering what skin type they are.

📱 Social Media Reality Check, teens will share who they follow online and we’ll explore why they post. Because the truth is, social media is the biggest salesroom on the planet, and many influencers are being paid, not trained, to give skincare advice.

Why It Matters

We want to teach young people that skincare isn’t about perfection, it’s about protection.

Our skin is living, breathing and beautifully individual like them.

When we nurture it with natural, gentle ingredients like those found in estime&sens, it thrives.

When we nurture our kids and help them understand how their uniqueness makes them precious, they thrive.

Together, we’ll help the next generation of skincare lovers understand that good skin doesn’t come from harsh chemicals and Tik Tok, it comes from kindness, balance and knowledge.
